Trick-or-Treat

Hayden dressed up as a puppy dog this year and we went out trick-or-treating at the shopping center in town. Hayden was shy at first but then got the hang of it after a couple stops. His favorite "treat" was a matchbox car and next was the giant pixistick.

Pumpkin Patch

Last weekend we took Hayden to the pumpkin patch to pick out pumpkins. Although he was recovering from his virus or flu he still had a good time.

Hayden's First Day at the Golf Course

Despite the sunshine it was actually quite cold driving around the course on daddy's golf cart. Hayden got to try out his snowsuit for the first time but despite our efforts to get him to run around he was only interested in the cart.....you would think he would want to run around the big open fairways?

Breckenridge

Last weekend we headed up to Breckenridge to celebrate a friends wedding. The next morning we tried to get some pictures of Hayden in the last remaining Aspen trees. He was feeling sick so we only managed a couple good shots.

Free day at the zoo!

Hayden loves the zoo...to the point he cries every time I pull him away to move on to the next animal. We met up with friends and had a great time. It was a bit over crowded, but a beautiful day.

Walking Week 2

Hayden has made great progress on walking...or I should say running. He learned how to stand up in the middle of the room (after learning to take some steps), now he is having fun picking up items and running around with them. Sorry the videos are sideways (dad), but I couldn't get his whole body in with the landscape view...and I can't rotate them :(

Ready or not....

Here he comes! Still a bit un-sturdy but pretty good in the grass. He is very brave and trying often to get his balance and really walk. He is also very excited when he does walk and does lots of clapping for himself! Enjoy (sorry for my commentary).

Labor Day Weekend

Labor Day Weekend we heading up to Aspen to go camping for a couple nights. Hayden had a hard time adjusting to sleeping in the tent the first night but warmed up to it by the second night. Sadly we had a little trip to the ER after Hayden fell and hit his head on the grill....bad mommy didn't catch him in time and he got a bit of a cut on his forehead. Hayden LOVED being outside. He has a new love for rocks, sticks, trees and well anything outside.

Off to the zoo!

This past weekend Hayden went to the zoo! He had a great time pointing to all the animals and riding the merry-go-round. The weather was hot, but a good time was had by all!
